Croagh parish community was plunged into deep sadness this Friday when the news broke that Mags had passed away.

The club extends its deepest sympathies to the Giltenane and O'Connor Families on the devastating loss of Mags. When a young mother is taken too soon, it touches everyone deeply. The loss of Mags, with a young family left behind, is particularly hard to come to terms with.

Mags was well know and deeply respected within our community, a person who created no fuss and went about her life in a quiet and unassuming way. A devoted wife and mother she gave everything to her family in the precious time she had with them.

We extend our heartfelt sympathies to Tom on the heartbreaking loss of your wife and to Conor, Abbie, Dylan and Alfie, on the loss of your loving mother. We also remember Mags's mam Kathleen, her dad Mike, and sister Katie, as well as father-in-law Dermot, mother-in-law Mary, sisters-in-law Marian and Ursula and all the extended O'Connor and Giltenane families. Our parish community is here to support you through these difficult days and in the months and years ahead.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dilís.

Mags remains will be reposing at her home in Ballycannon, Croagh, Co.Limerick (V94 VXK7), this Sunday, 7th June, from 5.00 to 8pm. Arriving on Monday at St. John the Baptist Church, Croagh, for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm, followed by burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Milford Care Centre.
