Hi All,

There is Karate every Saturday in the sports complex in the GAA grounds this and every Saturday at 12pm.

There will also be classes on Thursday from 7-8pm starting the 8th of September.

5-12 years old's cost €45 per month for unlimited classes.

Karate is a great sport for balance, discipline and fitness.
