Kilfinny National School Senior Boys will play in the West Schools Hurling Final this Friday 24th of May in Kilcornan pitch vs Kilcornan NS at 10.30am.
They had a great victory in the semi final last Friday against Carrigkerry NS on a score line of 8-4 to 3-5. The boys showed great camaraderie, skill, determination and pride in their school as they played as a team to overcome Carrigkerry NS.
Kilcornan NS will prove stiffer opposition as having met previously in the competition there was only a puck of a ball between the two teams.
Best of luck to the boys, the teachers and the school in the final.
