The AGM of Croagh/Kilfinny GAA Bord na nÓg club for 2020 was held on Thursday 14th January 2021 at 8pm. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the AGM was conducted virtually via a Zoom meeting and was well attended.
Chairman Barry Lenihan opened the meeting and welcomed everyone to our 1st virtual AGM.
Secretary Liam O’Carroll in his report for 2020 gave a detailed account of the activities on and off the pitch with pride of place going to the U16 hurlers who won the County Final and to the U14 hurlers who qualified for the County Final but due to Covid-19 has not yet been played.
He also congratulated Aidan O’ Shea who was selected for the Limerick u14 Hurling Development squad and Cian O’Carroll who was with the Limerick U16’s.
In the Chairman’s address Barry thanked all for attending and complimented all those involved in the club for their efforts in what was a very difficult year due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. He thanked all the team mentors, coaches and players for the work and effort they put in during the year.
Looking forward he stated that the Club needs to constantly try to improve the coaching standards and facilities for all involved so that we can build on the back of the success of the inter county hurling teams.

After this there was some good discussions on a wide range to topics and at 9:35pm the AGM was closed with Barry Lenihan wishing everyone well and hoping for a return to normality as quickly as possible.
